Current Lead Times
These are the current approximate lead times from the time of placing an order to the time of shipping. Expect an additional 3-5 business days of transit time (subject to change depending on size and destination). We work hard to keep these timeframes realistic and up to date. If you need to hit a specific due date, please contact us so we can discuss the details.
We are committed to excellent communication throughout the fabrication and shipping process. Your order will be assigned to a salesperson who will act as your point of contact. They will provide regular updates (at least weekly).

Shipping Information
We ship our products in wood crates via various freight carriers. After your shipment leaves our facility, the freight carrier will reach out to you to schedule a delivery day/time. Your crate(s) will be dropped off curbside on the street. The freight drivers are not allowed to place crates on driveways or anywhere else. Larger products may require an onsite forklift or similar machinery to unload from the truck. Your project manager can help you plan for unloading details as needed.
