Warranty
Outdoor Elements warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year. The warranty begins on the date of sale.
Building materials and individual components are covered separately by their own manufacturer's warranty and any defects or claims need to be directed to them by purchaser. Some building materials by their nature, such as wood stock may not carry any warranty by its manufacturer and may not have any warranty related to failure.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or maintenance
- Acts of God
Limitations
- All implied warranties will expire with the term of this limited warranty. Outdoor Elements excludes and will not pay for incidental or consequential damages and its liability will be in all instances be limited to repair or replacement or refund of actual purchase price of defective product.
Transfer of Warranty
This warranty is transferable one time only by the original owner to a successor owner of
the property.
The Warranty specifies coverage against defects in workmanship or materials and establishes standards of performance. Specifically excluded is any “consequential damage” to personal property, or any damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to maintain the home and its mechanical systems, or failure to take prompt action to mitigate damages or report defects. Storm damage, for example, is not a defect in workmanship or materials and is not covered under your warranty.

Due to the cost and complexity of freight shipping, returns are only possible with prior arrangements. Please contact us.
