Local Installation (Utah Only)
We offer installation services for all of our products within the state of Utah. If you are located outside of Utah and need help with installing our products, you can hire a local landscape installer or other contractor. We strive to make all our products easy to install and we'll provide all the information needed to make your installation successful.
Upon placing your order, your project will be assigned to a project manager. They will reach out to you to schedule installation and will act as your point of contact throughout the whole process. They will keep you posted with regular updates and help coordinate any needed details as well as answer any questions that may come up.
Your project manager will also provide site preparation guidelines/requirements so everyone can be on the same page before our crews arrive.
Installation Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be there at the time of installation?
Typically not unless you want to be. The exception is if there is difficult access to the work site or if you have specific location requirements that can't be communicated without your presence. Your project manager can help guide you if you have questions.
What do I need to provide by way of utilities?
If your project involves utilities like natural gas, electricity, etc., please coordinate with your project manager to make sure required utilities are live and in their proper locations.
How long does installation take?
Most products like fire pits and planters can be installed in a couple hours or less. Other products like outdoor kitchens take longer and sometimes require multiple days. Your project manager will coordinate with you so there are no surprises.
Will you guys provide demolition and debris hauling?
No, our installations do not include removal of existing features. We can provide referrals for trusted landscapers/contractors if you need recommendations. Our installation fees include delivery and installation on sites that have been prepared according to the guidelines listed on each product spec sheet.
